16 REASONS TO HAVE YOUR TRAILER MADE BY US
1. Trailers are made using box section steel for chassis and framing – not angle iron.
2. Trailers all hot dipped galvanised to protect against rust.
3. All components used are brand new and galvanised.
4. Choice of either ply or aluminium checkerplate decking and sides.
5. Commercial rated 8 ply brand new 14 inch tyres (or tyres to suit).
6. All trailers come with both tie down rails and hooks as standard.
7. Both front and rear tailgates open and are fully removable.
8. All trailers are manufactured to allow optional extras, such as cages, to be easily added at a later date, with no modifications required.
9. Trailers can be modified to suit your individual needs.
10. Personal satisfaction guarantee – if it’s not right, we’ll fix it.
11. Free glovebox guide to safe loading and towing.
12. Strong axles – we use extra thick box section to make our axles, then we plug weld stubs into place for added strength.
13. We weld on crush plates wherever holes are drilled through the box section to ensure strength under load.
14. Trailers are made individually – they are not mass produced.
15 All wiring (if required) is run through the chassis rails for protection. We solder all joins. Where wiring is exposed, we cover with a plastic wire protector.
16. LED lighting used to allow easy transition of trailer to be used on both 12 and 24volt vehicles - and no bulbs to replace every warrant check. LED lights are rated for 11 years continuous use. Also the LED lights are protected within the rear crossmember for a more streamlined look and extra protection.
We pride ourselves on providing you with a product that will perform well, and be long lasting. We believe it is the small things and attention to detail which make our trailers stand out from the others.
